About this course

Programming Zero is a complete beginner-friendly C programming course designed specifically for SSP students at Alexandria University. The course is built to take students from zero programming experience to a strong understanding of programming fundamentals and practical problem-solving using the C language. Instead of relying only on traditional explanations, Programming Zero provides a user-friendly, interactive, and animated learning experience that makes technical concepts easier to understand and follow. Students begin by understanding the foundations of computing, including Software, Hardware, Number Systems, and Logic Gates, before moving into programming with C. The course then gradually covers essential programming concepts such as Selection Statements, Loops, Arrays, Functions, Recursion, Searching, and Sorting. Learning is not limited to theory. Throughout the course, students apply what they learn through labs, practical examples, and problem-solving exercises, helping them develop the ability to analyze problems and translate their ideas into working C programs. By the end of Programming Zero, students will have built a solid foundation in programming, strengthened their problem-solving skills, and gained the confidence needed to move forward into more advanced computer science and programming courses.
